Welcome to QSERV Technical Services LLC. By accessing or using our website and technical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1. Services and DCD Approvals
QSERV provides Civil Defence-approved engineering, maintenance, fit-out, refilling, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) solutions. All service agreements, equipment certifications, and drawing approvals are executed in compliance with the **UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice** and require official Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approval workflow registration.
2. User Obligations & Authority Submissions
When requesting engineering surveys, approvals, or AMC quotes, clients must provide verified building details, tenant Ejari, trade license copies, and approved base-building drawings. Clients are legally responsible for ensuring that their premises remain accessible, structural alterations are disclosed, and fire-fighting systems are not tampered with, in accordance with ministerial safety directives.
3. Service Delivery & Solenoid Interlocks
Our certified technicians perform all engineering tasks (such as kitchen hood wet-chemical installation, FM200 gas system verification, and Hassantuk integration) to NFPA standards. QSERV is not liable for operational delays or structural inspection failures caused by client-side default, base-building electrical supply issues, or unauthorized modifications to gas solenoid valves post-handover.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, QSERV's liability for any engineering defect or service delay is strictly confined to the values outlined in the specific, signed AMC or project contract. QSERV is not liable for force majeure events, power outages, authority network failures (such as regional Hassantuk offline triggers), or landlord-imposed lockouts.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
